Comprehensive Overhaul of the Zoning Code 71864

This project will comprehensively update the City's Zoning Code in order to align the City’s code, map, and processes with contemporary urban zoning practice. This project aims to establish a clear, efficient, equitable, and predictable process for regulating and creating opportunity for future development. The new zoning code overhaul process will expand community understanding of the role of zoning and land use regulation in shaping quality of life, and will help our city better solve the housing crisis, address climate change, and boost local and regional economic outcomes.
