This dataset can be accessed in the following ways:

This deprecated Access database contains building, occupancy, and demolition permits from the pre-Nov 28, 2018 legacy system as well as the current system.

Certificates of occupancy inspection contained and managed within the Building Division system.

Contains occupancy permit data in CSV format. Data is grouped by permit application year.
