Water Meters

Summary

An ordinance requiring the installation of water meters on certain service connections in the City of St. Louis, providing mechanisms for enforcement including providing authority to deny or withhold service for noncompliance, and delegating authority to the Water Division to administer, implement, and set technical standards for meter installation.
