Summary
An Ordinance adopting the provisions of Section 137.082, RSMo., providing residential property owners whose homes are severely damaged or destroyed by the natural disasters with a pro rata reduction in property tax assessment, and adopting the other assessment provisions of Section 137.082, RSMo., pertaining to newly constructed property, and containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
