BOARD BILL NUMBER 207 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN MEGAN GREEN, ALDERMAN SAMUEL MOORE, ALDERWOMAN CHRISTINE INGRASSIA, ALDERMAN SHANE COHN, ALDERWOMAN CARA SPENCER, ALDERMAN CHRIS CARTER An ordinance calling for the submission to the qualified voters of the City of St. Louis of a proposal to authorize the City to enter into an agreement with the Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority for the purpose of providing financial assistance in connection with the construction and operation of a new sports and entertainment facility to be located within the City of St. Louis; providing that upon approval by the voters of such proposition, the City Comptroller shall thereafter be authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of St. Louis; and containing an emergency clause.
