BOARD BILL NO. 192 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN FRANK WILLIAMSON An Ordinance pertaining to the Employees Retirement System of the City of St. Louis (the “Retirement System”) repealing the following: Subsections 2 and 3 of Section Eleven of Ordinance 66511, Subsection 5 of Section Fourteen of Ordinance 66511, and Sections Four and Twelve of Ordinance 67963; and enacting new provisions related to the same subject matter; and containing a severability clause.
