BOARD BILL NO. 13 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN CAROL HOWARD An Ordinance establishing a three-way stop site at the intersection of Neosho Street and Adkins Avenue by regulating all northwest-bound and southeast-bound traffic traveling Neosho Street at Adkins Avenue and regulating all northeast-bound traffic traveling on Adkins Avenue at Neosho Street, and containing an emergency clause.
