BOARD BILL NO. 25 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN CHRISTINE INGRASSIA An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on May 3, 2017, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map and in City Block 2076 at 2801 & 2803 Magnolia Avenue, from “J” Industrial District to the “F” Neighborhood Commercial District, so as to include the described parcels of land in City Block 2076; and containing an emergency clause.
