BOARD BILL NO. 30 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN SAMUEL MOORE An Ordinance establishing a three-way stop site at the intersection of Taylor Avenue and Kennerly Avenue by regulating all northeast-bound and southwest-bound traffic traveling on Taylor Avenue at Kennerly Avenue and regulating all northwest-bound traffic traveling on Kennerly Avenue at Taylor Avenue, and containing an emergency clause.
