The proposed ordinance would establish a three-way stop site at the intersection of Folsom Avenue and Klemm Street regulating all traffic traveling eastbound and westbound on Folsom Avenue at Klemm Street and regulating all traffic traveling northbound on Klemm Street at Folsom Avenue. The proposed ordinance contains an emergency clause.
