Board Bill
An ordinance approving a Redevelopment Plan dated August 4, 2021 (“Plan”) for the 4900-4914 Gravois Ave. & 4266 Delor St. Area ("Area") in the City of St. Louis (“City”) after finding that the Area is blighted as defined in Section 99.320 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, 2021, as amended, (the "Statute" being Sections 99.300 to 99.715 inclusive), and is blighted as defined in Section 353.020 RSMo., finding that there shall be available up to a fifteen (15) year tax abatement of the assessed value of the incremental improvements; and pledging cooperation of the Board of Aldermen.
