This First Amendment to The Boeing Company Lease Agreement AL-205 adds a third renewal Term of eight (8) years to the Agreement. This Agreement grants The Boeing Company exclusive use of the premises for aircraft operations and storage at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The Boeing Company pays the annual rent to the Airport of $227,111. This Lease Agreement provides essential revenue to the Airport.
