The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public alley. The remaining 205 foot irregular shaped portion of the 20 foot wide east/west alley in City Block 1960 beginning at Spring Avenue (vacated) and continuing eastward to its terminus, same being bounded by Lindell, Grand, West Pine (vacated) and Spring (vacated). The Petitioner is Saint Louis University. The vacated area will be used to correct boundary lines.
