A Board Bill recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, authorizing the City of St. Louis, through its Community Development Administration (“CDA”), to enter into and execute an agreement to accept the Missouri ARPA Industrial Site Development Grant Program funds in the amount of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand dollars ($2,500,000); appropriating the grant funds; authorizing and directing the Director of the CDA to contract as necessary to expend appropriated funds; directing the Comptroller to issue warrants thereon upon the City Treasury; and containing an emergency clause.
