The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following street. Incinerator Road from East Grand Avenue to its terminus located in City Block 2450. The Petitioners are Proctor & Gamble Manufacturing Company and Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. The vacated area will be used to consolidate property to improve campus access, as well as, safety and security.
