This Board Bill authorizes the execution of a Lease Agreement between The City of St. Louis, Missouri (the “City”) and Continental Cement Company, L.L.C. (“Lessee”) for approximately 20,225 square feet of land and 595 linear feet of mooring along the Mississippi River in the Near North Riverfront under certain terms and conditions for a period of ten (10) years, at a rate of $27,903.75 for the first year and increasing by three (3) percent each year thereafter, with one (1) mutual option to extend for ten (10) additional years followed by one (1) mutual option to extend for five (5) additional years.
