An Ordinance pertaining to parking in the Gate District neighborhood within the “Vista Avenue Residential Parking District;” which establishes the location and restrictions for curb parking in the restricted parking zone in the district created by this ordinance; authorizing the placement of Permit Parking Only signs within the district; and prohibiting the parking, within the district, of any vehicle which does not obtain the authorized permit; containing definitions and a penalty clause.
