BOARD BILL NO. 31 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN DIONNE FLOWERS An Ordinance directing the Director of Streets to temporarily close, barricade, or otherwise impede the flow of traffic at Annetta Avenue at a point approximately 320 feet south of the curb line of Halls Ferry Road and containing an emergency clause.
