Lease agreement with Grace Hill Settlement
BOARD BILL NO. 259 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN DIONNE FLOWERS An ordinance recommended by the Port Authority Commission of the City of St. Louis, repealing ordinance 68909, which authorized an Option to Lease Agreement and Lease Agreement between the City of St. Louis (“City”) and Grace Hill Settlement House (“Grace Hill”), and enacting a new ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller to enter into a Lease Agreement between the City and Great Rivers Greenway District (“District”) for certain land on the Unimproved Wharf for a period of ten (10) years commencing on the date of execution with three (3) five-year (5-year) mutual options, in substantially the form as Exhibit 1 and Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit 1 and Appendix A.
