Summary

This Board Bill seeks to approve a Chapter 99 Redevelopment Plan and Blighting Study for the 1717 Olive St. Redevelopment Area. The prospective redeveloper plans renovating the Butler Brothers building into 385 apartments, 385 parking spaces, and 16,000 of commercial space. This Board Bill will allow for a 15-year tax abatement (5 at 95 percent followed by 5 at 75 percent followed by 5 at 50 percent).
