Summary

The proposed bill makes a supplemental appropriation from the Northside Regeneration RPA A #135, Northside Regeneration RPA B #136, Northside Regeneration RPA C #151 and Northside Regeneration RPA D #152 special allocation funds (collectively, the “Northside Regeneration Special Allocation Funds”) to pay amounts currently due (1) with respect to the Market Street Rebuild Agreement, which involved the reconstruction of a portion of Market Street within and benefiting the Northside Regeneration Redevelopment Area and (2) legal fees associated with the Northside Regeneration Redevelopment Area.
