Summary

This Board Bill, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, appropriates up to Seven Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Ninety-One Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents ($757,191.35) of the Cooperative Agreement for Emergency Response: Public Health Crisis Response grant award to the Department of Health. The Department of Health is hereby authorized to accept such funds. The Director of the Department of Health is hereby authorized to expend such funds, and to make, negotiate, and execute any and all contracts or other documents on behalf of the City, for the purposes set forth in the grant; and contains an emergency clause.
