Summary
This Board Bill is recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, authorizing the Department of Public Safety to accept the 2024 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant award of up to $351,935.00 from the U.S. Department of Justice for the purposes of providing funding assistance with the Nightwatch Program, Problem Properties Program, and St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department Homicide Analyst Program appropriating such funds to the Department of Public Safety, authorizing the expenditure of such funds, to the extent received, and containing an emergency clause.
