Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following alleys and street: 13th Street from Cole Street to Dr Martin Luther King Drive, the 12 foot wide north-south alley in City Block 270 as bounded by Carr Street, Tucker Boulevard, Cole Street and 13th Street (vacated) and the 20 foot wide east-west alley in City Block 547 as bounded by Cole Street, 13th Street, Dr Martin Luther King Drive and 14th Street.The Petitioner is MT North Tucker JV, LLC The vacated area will be used to consolidate property for construction of an athletic field and future stadium.
