Summary
The bill directs the Director of Streets to install speed humps pursuant to Ordinance Number 70333 as amended by Ordinance Number 71394 to calm the flow of traffic to calm the flow of traffic on the 4100, 4200, 4300, 4400, 4500, and 4600 blocks of Carter Avenue.
