To Conditionally Vacate a Portion of Parker Avenue
Summary
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following street. A portion of Parker Avenue beginning approximately 409.795 +/- 0.115 feet from Kingshighway Boulevard and extending east 183.56 +/- 0.02 feet to a point. The Petitioned by 3300 s Kingshighway LLC dba Schicker Automotive and the City of Saint Louis. The vacated area will be used to improve safety and security.
