Summary

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to acknowledge the many contributions and achievements of Mr. Fred F. Steffen and by adoption of this Resolution send our condolences to his family and wish to join all others celebrating his life and accomplishments.
