NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the tenth anniversary of the death of Michael O.D. Brown, the impact his legacy has left in the last decade, and the work remaining to address racial and economic injustices in St. Louis.
