NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the service of Dr. Kelvin Adams as Superintendent of St. Louis Public Schools District and to wish him the best in his next endeavors.
