NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to _honor and commend Demetris 'Al' Alfred on the occasion of his retirement, express our profound appreciation for his exemplary service, and extend our best wishes for his future endeavors.
