Description
The Manager - ADA is responsible for effectively implementing the ADA Compliance program of the Election Board to ensure and improve accessibility to all aspects of voting for all City voters in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (the “ADA”). While this position specifically supervises the Warehouse/Operations Department functions of the Election Board, this position will be expected to collaborate with all Election Board departments, including training staff and poll workers on ADA accessibility standards and practices.
By developing responsive solutions, effective communication procedures and proactive remedies, the Election Board aims to improve accessibility for all voters to participate in the electoral process.
Reports
The Manager - ADA reports directly to the Deputy Director-Judges/Operations/Tabulation.
Salary Range
This position is exempt and will earn between $62,946to $80,000 annually.
