Here is a line up of the events to take place for the CoC Competition.

• August 19 - Publication of the FY2024 CoC Program Local Competition RFP.
• August 28 - Applicant Debriefing Webinar.
• September 9 - 13 - Technical Assistance for Applicants available by scheduling an appointment with Cindy Crain, Consultant.
• September 10 - Deadline to submit Intent to create NEW PROJECT as a CITY SUBRECIPIENT.
• September 11 - CoC STL Consumer Council Committee NOFO Meeting.
• September 14 - Deadline to notify the City of RENEWAL PROJECT changes (expanstions, consolidations, transitions)
• September 20 - Deadline to submit questions about the Local RFP to Amy Bickford.
• September 24 - Deadline to submit New and Renewal Project Applications.
• October 8 - Consumer Council Committee Meeting
• October 28 - Collaborative Community Application to be posted on this website
• October 30 - Complete CoC Application submission date to HUD.

Previous News / Events

• August 26 - Updated RFP documented posted. The only update was in the amount of CoC Bonus and DV Bonus funds available to the CoC.
• August 24 - 11:00 am - Applicant Briefing on FY24 Program NOFO
• August 19 - Timeline updated and posted

• August 9, 2024 - Local CoC Program Competition Timeline published (see timeline header below)
• July 31, 2024 - HUD publishes the 2024 Continuum of Care Annual Competition NOFO (Notice of Funding Opportunity).
• June 2024 - The City is awaiting the news of HUD's Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Continuum of Care. This page will hold all relevant information for the competitive funding opportunity. Check back often to be in the know of current CoC NOFO news.

Letter of Intent

The Program Performance Committee is requesting Letters of Intent from anyone interested in applying for this year's competitive Continuum of Care funding opportunity (CoC NOFO). Please use the Letter of Intent Templates below.

Letter of Intent - Renewal Projects

If your organization had an awarded project in the 2023 CoC NOFO competition, you will be applying as a "RENEWAL."

Letter of Intent - New Projects

If you have not been awarded funding and are interested in applying for 2024 CoC NOFO funding, you will be applying as a "NEW" project. Existing projects that intend to change their existing project in any way, such as by returning funds, reallocating funds, consolidating projects, changing project type and/or changing recipient status must apply as a "NEW" project.
