Summary
UPDATE 12/9: Due to the HUD withdrawal of the FY2025 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity on 12/8/2025, The STL CoC Board voted today, 12/9/2025, to suspend our local FY2025 CoC Program Competition until further direction from HUD.  This vote means that applicants are NOT held to the December 11, 2025 deadline for applicants.

The City of St. Louis Continuum of Care MO-501 (CoC) Board of Directors and the City of St. Louis Department of Human Services (DHS) jointly announce this notice seeking proposals for New Projects for the following U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Renewal Projects will need to submit their renewal applications, as well, during this local competition.

UPDATE: Because HUD's application system, called eSNAPS, is still not open and accessible, we've come up with an alternate application for NEW AND NEW TRANSITION PROJECTS, so that applicants can work on them for a submission next week.
