Summary
The City of St. Louis, Department of Human Services (DHS), Homeless Services Division (HSD) is issuing a Request For Proposals (RFP) for the following U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) program:

2020 Emergency Solutions Grant - Coronavirus (ESG-CV)

Proposals will be accepted for the ESG-CV funding categories of Emergency Shelter, Street Outreach, Rapid Re-Housing and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). NOTE: The City of St. Louis will be providing other Cares Act funding for the category of homeless prevention.
