There is no currently scheduled Informational Bidder’s Conference.
The City’s Department of Human Services will schedule one-on-one meetings with anyone that has questions and would like to have a meeting.

Summary
The City of St. Louis, Department of Human Services (DHS) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the City’s 2026 – 2027 Code Blue Activities to address some critical needs associated with Shelter Staffing and Shuttle Support activities.

QUESTIONS REGARDING THE RFQ
● Must reference the RFQ page number and section to which it applies.
● DHS will document questions and provide written responses posted on the City’s website.
● There shall be NO contact with any selection committee member.
● All questions must be submitted before September 4, 2026.
