The City of St. Louis, Department of Human Services (DHS), Homeless Services Division (HSD) is issuing a Request For Proposals (RFP) for the funding of a second round of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) projects.

Proposals are being accepted for these types of projects:

Safe Haven
Rapid Rehousing
Supplemental Support for Permanent Supportive Housing
Mobile Shower Outreach Program
Bridge Housing
