A citywide initiative designed to modernize how the City of St. Louis tracks performance, solves problems, and delivers results for residents.

About CityStat

Launched in November 2025 under Mayor Cara Spencer and built in collaboration with departments across City Hall, the CityStat program uses data-driven insights, regular performance reviews, and cross-functional coordination to identify challenges, improve operations, and advance priority goals. CityStat reflects the Spencer administration’s commitment to transparent, accountable, and results-oriented government.
