Harsha Dara
Recovery Office Senior Data Analyst
Harsha Dara is a senior data analyst in the Recovery Office. Dara joined the Mayor’s Office in September 2025, where she supports data reporting, analytics, and dashboard development to help track and evaluate City programs.
Dara immigrated to the United States from India in 2021. Prior to her current role, she worked as a data analyst at the St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC), where she focused on data integration, reporting automation, and building analytical solutions.
She holds a master’s degree in big data analytics and information technology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in information technology.
Outside of work, Dara enjoys travel and exploring new places.
