Holly Roberts

Holly Roberts earned her bachelor's degree in public relations from the University of Oklahoma and her master's degree in risk/crisis communication from the University of Kentucky. She has more than 15 years of experience in public relations, strategic communications, and project management. She spent more than a decade supporting the federal government in Washington, D.C., and joined the Spencer administration in 2026.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Roberts enjoys traveling, spending time with her dog, Ivy, and listening to true-crime podcasts.
