Jason Posley
Recovery Office Project Manager
Jason Posley serves as project manager for the Innovation Team (i-Team) within the Recovery Office, where he manages strategic initiatives focused on community recovery, neighborhood stabilization, and innovative approaches to improving outcomes for St. Louis residents. In this role, he collaborates with City departments, community organizations, and external partners to develop and implement programs that address complex community challenges.
Prior to joining the City of St. Louis, Posley built a career in healthcare and community health improvement, leading initiatives focused on maternal and infant health, health equity, and cross-sector collaboration. His professional experience includes program management, strategic planning, community engagement, policy development, and partnership building.
Posley serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis and was selected as an Atlantik-Brücke Transatlantic Fellow, participating in international exchanges focused on leadership, public policy, and transatlantic relations.
He holds a bachelor of science in health sciences from Maryville University, a master of health administration from Webster University, and a certificate in neighborhood leadership from University of Missouri Extension. Posley is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
In his free time, Posley enjoys exercising, traveling the world, and exploring new cultures and experiences.
