Jennifer Brinkmann

Jennifer Brinkmann is the director of the Innovation Team (i-team) for the Recovery Office. Brinkmann’s career spans healthcare, communications, and community impact. She previously founded and led Alive and Well Communities, an organization dedicated to health equity and trauma-informed care, which recently merged to create the Community Health Commission of Missouri. Brinkmann specializes in building and leading cross-sector initiatives, developing trauma-informed programs, and driving stakeholder engagement at scale. She has served as chief of staff of the St. Louis Regional Health Commission and has held senior roles at marketing firms. She has a bachelor's degree in communications from Stephens College and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
