City Emergency Management Agency (CEMA)
The City of St. Louis Emergency Management Agency (CEMA), a division of the Department of Public Safety, maintains an ongoing program of prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery

Civilian Oversight Division
The Division of Civilian Oversight is an independent agency where civilians lead investigations on police incidents that directly impact St. Louisans and their neighbors.

Corrections Division
The Division houses in the City Justice Center citizens who are arrested by the police.

Excise Division
A division of the Department of Public Safety that oversees all liquor licenses in the City of St. Louis also known as City Liquor Control

Fire Department
Established on Sept. 14, 1857, the St. Louis Fire Department is the second oldest career Fire Department in the United States

Neighborhood Stabilization Division (NSD)
Empowering residents to sustain a quality environment within their neighborhood through effectively and efficiently registering and routing City services, providing information, assistance, education, and intervention.

Office of Violence Prevention
Coordinating public safety resources and community violence intervention programs to make St. Louis neighborhoods safer.
