St. Louis firefighters get a closer look at their new 27' Rescue/Fire boat on Dec. 4, 2012. The boat was provided by funding from the 2007 Port Authority grant and funds made possible through the St. Louis Downtown Development Agency. The new East Building of the Saint Louis Art Museum in beautiful Forest Park is nearly complete with a June 29, 2013 grand opening planned. The date was announced on Dec. 4, 2012.
