I affirm that the majority of the organization's membership/participants are residents from within its geographic boundaries.

I affirm that the organization has at least four regular meetings per year open to residents within its geographic boundaries and that advance notice of such meetings is provided.

I affirm that the organization uses at least two methods of regular communication with residents within its geographic boundaries, such as meetings, email, phone, flyers, social media, websites.

I affirm that the organization maintains a publicly available governance document outlining membership structure, criteria for joining, and how residents select leaders with defined terms of service.

I affirm that the organization is a resident-led, nonpartisan civic organization formed to collectively address common issues and interests within the neighborhood.

By submitting this form, I affirm the information is accurate and consent to listing the organization’s name, representative email, meeting schedule, and boundaries in the public RNO registry.
