The Recorder of Deeds Marriage Department offers a free search tool to find records of marriages in St. Louis from 1932-present.

If the record you need is from before 1932, you may contact the Archives department.

  1. Visit the Marriage Records Search site.
  2. Enter the names of one or both parties.
  3. Click Search or press Enter.

Fees

There are no fees for the search itself. If you would like a certified or uncertified copy of a marriage record, see the Obtain a Copy of a Marriage License page for instructions and fees.

 

What to Expect
