Interim Policy Guidelines for Development Incentives

City of St. Louis officials will host two meetings to get public input on the City's policies for providing public incentives for major economic development projects.

The meetings will be hosted by the Aldermanic Housing, Urban Development, and Zoning Committee (HUDZ) chaired by Alderman Joe Roddy, 17th Ward, and the St. Louis Development Corporation, the economic development agency for the City of St. Louis.

After a brief presentation on the City's current policies and input specific to the interim guidelines, the public can participate in an open comment session or submit comments in writing.
