Summary
This project supports the Project Connect Action Plan. 
The N. Jefferson/Parnell Corridor Project consists of approximately two miles of planned roadway and corridor improvements to North Jefferson Avenue and Parnell Street, from Market Street to Natural Bridge Avenue.
