Summary
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Louis (“LCRA”) will receive sealed bids for Demolition Contractor Services for the one-story, ancillary former school building at 4322 Aldine until the deadline listed below, at which time there will be a public bid opening. 

Sealed proposals are due: June 4, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. CDT. 

All bids shall be submitted pursuant to the terms and conditions in this Invitation and the Instructions to Bidders. Potential Bidders may obtain related Documents from the Authority at the following address:
