Summary
The Land Reutilization Authority of the City of Saint Louis (“LRA” or “Authority”) is seeking bids for Demolition and Site Clearing Contracting Services at 4507 Evans Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63113. The site has most recently been utilized as a community garden. LRA is seeking services from a contractor to clear the site of all accessory structures, storage containers, gardening equipment, fencing, overgrown vegetation, debris, and generally site clearing work. 

The Land Reutilization Authority of the City of Saint Louis, Missouri(“LRA”) will receive sealed bids for Demolition & Site Clearing Services at 4057 Evans Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63113 until the deadline listed below, at which time there will be a public bid opening. 

Sealed proposals are due: August 14, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. CDT

The services to be provided through this RFB will be funded by The Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund allocated to the City of St. Louis by the United States Department of the Treasury and passed through the City’s Community Development Administration to LRA. All Supplementary Conditions provided as an Exhibit to this RFB shall be incorporated into any contract or sub-contact awarded pursuant to this RFB. To the extent any terms in this RFB conflict with the Supplementary Conditions in the Exhibit, the Supplementary Conditions shall control.
