Summary
The Land Reutilization Authority of the City of Saint Louis, Missouri (“LRA” or “Authority”) is seeking bids for General Contracting Services at 5101 Virginia Avenue, historically known as “The Virginia Theater.” LRA plans to stabilize and weatherproof the building for future redevelopment. Utilities are not operational or available onsite.

LRA will receive sealed bids until the deadline listed below, at which time there will be a public bid opening.

Sealed proposals are due: July 14, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. CDT

• Project Schedule (which meets September 30, 2026 deadline) in a construction industry standard format. (Gantt chart preferred.)
